Troubleshooting and Repair

Our idea of Service, is that we come to you. We find this easier, because we can then see first hand, what problems you are experiencing in your own environment. However you may bring the PC to us and we will look at it in our workshop.
Most problems can be diagnosed and resolved on site, but it is sometimes necessary to bring it back to our workshop for further tests/work.

It may sometimes be necessary to order replacement parts for your PC. Either way, you will be given an accurate quote regarding the costs of the work (including parts) prior to anything being undertaken

We pride ourselves in doing the job right the first time. Our company ethos is to keep a customer for life, not just to make money and forget about them. To this end all our work is guaranteed, and in the unlikely event you do find any problems, we would always rectify this as quickly as possible.
